While Savvier is similar to an AI chatbot, it is not quite the same.
Usually AI chatbots attempt to handle the entire conversation with the customer; Savvier, however, functions as an AI assistant to your Customer Support Agents, providing them with suggested answers and saving their time and increasing their productivity, without getting rid of the human interaction as the Agent is still the one in charge and can edit or add to the prompt before sending it off.
Savvier is not based on OpenAI or other widely available solutions - it operates strictly on the data you provide during onboarding - thus it is not going to ever provide an answer that it did not find in your knowledge base or past interactions with customers. It may rewrite the answer content in a way to best suit the occasion, but it will never just make data up!
Savvier provides a big boost to your team's efficiency by reading through the incoming inquiry, interpreting it, looking into all the entries it has processed from your historical data and documentation, and crafting a couple of responses that have been proven to work in the past. Your Agent then simply needs to pick the one that works best for the occasion, perhaps tweak it a bit to personalise it, and the answer is on the way! Saving loads of time, especially in cases where the Agent would need to go search through documentation for an answer, or find out obscure answers.
In advanced implementations, available on our Enterprise plans, Savvier can even interface with your ERP systems to fetch specific data - e.g. statuses, reasons for delays, etc.
Savvier has four Tiers - three Cloud Tiers - Basic, Professional and Enterprise - and an on-premise Enterprise solution.
The Basic and Professional Cloud Tiers operate on 'Credits' - each use of Savvier to provide an answer uses up one credit - should you run out, no worries! You can keep using Savvier with an on-the-fly top-up.
The Enterprise plan offers unlimited credits, and the pricing depends on your exact use case scenario.
The On-site Enterprise solution does not operate on credits - we set up Savvier to run locally on your infrastructure and you just pay an agreed licensing fee.
